Summarize Your Project
- Project Salvation is a project made to aid the Salvation Army through voluntary work. It is a project about giving back to the community and is mostly focused on helping those who have no where else to turn (food wise).

Do you believe your project was a success?
- I do believe that my project was a success. The overall outcome of our project was exactly what I had pictured and I am glad that it ended well.

Did you make a difference in the lives of your intended audience?
- I honestly think I didn't make a difference. Before we started this project and started volunteering at the Salvation Army center, the homeless and needy had already been receiving the food and help from the Salvation Army. All we did was cook and serve the meals to these people. What we did though, was create smiles and brought pure joy into so many people's lives.

If you were to do this again next year or in the summer, what would you do differently? Why? What would you do the same? Why?
- If I were to do this exact same project next year or during the summer, I would plan it more thoroughly and do something much more big like donating a whole pallet of food or donating money or just something much more greater than just volunteer work.

Think of your intended audience, what can you continue to do as you continue your life journey to help these people
- My intended audience was the homeless people and people in need. What I would do is maybe continue to check up on the Salvation Army and donate needed supplies to them.

What have you accomplished?
- So far with our project, we managed to feed over a thousand people just by the amount of time we spent volunteering at the Salvation Army.

What has gone wrong?
- By the looks of it, everything is running smoothly and nothing has gone wrong.

What challenges have you faced?
- At the beginning of this project, I had a hard time waking up early to go help prep the meals but now I have overcome that and now wake up early and on time,

What have you learned through the process?
I learned that volunteer work is so fun and that giving your time to a good cause and helping those in need can go a long way.

How have your skills improved over the past week?
So far, my social skills have improved. Just talking to the random people at the center made me more open and sociable.

Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
As of right now, I think that we are on track.

What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
NONE

My next action is….
To do more volunteer work and prepare myself for the soon to come Ted Talk. I am nervous yet excited.

What have you accomplished?
- My group and I have accomplished serving a total amount of 345 meals last Saturday at the Salvation Army center. (Including the mobile food truck)

What has gone wrong?
- So far everything is running smoothly and nothing has gone wrong.

What challenges have you faced?
- The only challenge I face is waking up early on Saturdays to go down to help. I do wake up on time but I'd like to sleep in more.

What have you learned through the process?
- I learned that it is good to help those in need and that the homeless population is slightly increasing. I also learned that there will be a "homeless count" coming this May to see if the population increased.

How have your skills improved over the past week?
- Over the week, I can say that my social skills have improved. I talked and met a lot of new people and also my food serving skills. I am certain now that I can pass as a caterer.

Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
- Yes we are on track for an on-time delivery.

What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
- None.

My next action is….
- To continue helping the Salvation Army by distributing food to the homeless and by donating my time to them.

What have you accomplished?
- My partner and I have accomplished doing the empathy interview and getting some information about the Salvation Army needs. We also accomplished helping out and doing some volunteer work at the Salvation Army center.

What has gone wrong?
-  So far, everything has been running smoothly.

What challenges have you faced?
- One challenge I faced was waking up on time. Because I woke up kind of late, I didn't catch the mobile food truck.

What have you learned through the process?
- I learned that the Salvation Army has a mobile food truck that does deliveries around the island. They deliver to villages and to people who do not have transportation to the center.

How have your skills improved over the past week?
- My serving skills have improved a bit. I served a total of 15 plates to the homeless and I could say right now that I could pass as one of the cafeteria people with my skills. lol

Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
- I think if my partner and I stay consistent on the volunteer work and find a way to get the money and food for the Salvation Army faster, we could be on time.

What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
- Just the time volunteer work is needed.

My next action is….
- To probably start a food drive or to try and find a way to get money for the Salvation Army. Maybe start a coin drive or something. I would also continue my volunteer work.

What have you accomplished?
So far, we've accomplished getting a hold of the Salvation Army staff. We've been given many false numbers and even went to the Salvation Army building multiple times and they were ALWAYS closed.

What has gone wrong?
The one thing that went wrong is the time it took to get the correct information. If we had the correct numbers and knew who these people were then we would have probably started on the volunteer work needed but because we didn't, we haven't started......until this Saturday.

What challenges have you faced?
The main challenge was actually getting a hold of them. We were given different numbers and we called each one but they were either not answering or it was dead. Ti Bali we even called 411.

What have you learned through the process?
What I have learned is that the Salvation Army is open on Fridays and on Saturdays. I never knew this but the Salvation Army is and was always a Christian movement. They also need volunteer work which we will provide.

How have your skills improved over the past week?
Honestly, I haven't. With work not done and with this information we have been given, I could honestly say that I haven't gained or improved any skill.

Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
- Nope, but I am going to try and make it on time.

What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
The dates need to be adjusted.

My next action is….
To finally start on this project and get work done. Volunteer work that is. And also start on the empathy interview.
